By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We may update them at any time without notice. Updates will be published on our website.
Interpretation
- Customer: Any individual or organisation using our services
- Company: Carpet Cleaning in Brisbane or its contractors
- Services: Any cleaning service provided
- Premises: Property to be cleaned
- Cleaners: Assigned cleaning personnel
- Heavy Soiled: Excess dirt, dust, or grime
General Provisions
These Terms apply to all agreements between the Customer and the Company unless otherwise stated.
Conduct and Behaviour
Customers must treat staff with respect. Harassment, threats, or offensive behaviour will result in service cancellation without refund.
Pricing and Quotes
- Prices are based on property size and condition
- Costs may change if actual conditions differ
- Extra charges may apply for additional services
- Poor property condition may increase cost
Access to Property
- Access to water, electricity, and all areas must be provided
- Non-access fee: $40/hour
- Key collection charges may apply
- Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees
Postponement
Same-day rescheduling incurs a $70 fee.
Cancellations and Refunds
- $50 admin fee for repeated cancellations
- $100 fee if cancelled within 72 hours
- $200 fee if cancelled within 24 hours
Payments
- Full payment required before service
- Minimum $50 deposit
- Late payments incur additional charges
- Recovery and legal costs may apply
Claims and Complaints
- Complaints must be reported within 24 hours
- Inspection must be allowed before third-party involvement
- Evidence such as photos may be required
